How to obtain this pet

1. Enter the farm at night. There is a 1 in 200 chance an opossum is wandering. Walk up and it jumps, then plays dead upside down.
2. Press E three times. It seems like a dead opossum. Then it moved. Then it is cuddly, and it stands up.
