1. Craft Shellmosaic at Welly's record shop from the shells you've collected (cost 20). Shells come from the beach at Low Tide in Halfpipe Fishing.

Using it

1. Open Rider > Your pipe to dress your halfpipe. Choose where it goes on the pipe. Stickers and decor show in the scene while you ride, and you can change them whenever you like.

1. How do I get the Shellmosaic? See above.
2. Can I take it off later? Yes. Nothing you hang on the pipe is lost when you remove it.
