Welly

Who he is

1. Welly owns Gravy Boat Records & Skate Shop in the Plaza. He wants the town's riding culture to keep moving, by putting new equipment in people's hands.
2. His love of improvement can turn into an assumption that newer is automatically better.
3. He keeps a demo wall that changes all the time, and he loves picking one album he thinks you need to hear.
4. Guild bucks from quests spend at the shop on style and records. A first visit can include one item on the house.

Friendship

1. Early. He points you toward new gear, and he ribs Shiiro for hanging on to old decks.

People he knows

1. Shiiro is the friend he argues with, repair against replacement. Brigid will try anything he stocks, until he sees he is feeding her need for the next new thing. Ghost relies on the records and on what Welly knows about gear.

Where he stands

1. In the plaza in spring, summer, autumn, and winter, when it is clear, rain, snow, or wind, and it is day. At the halfpipe he walks, or he skates past.
