3. The heart of town is the community center in the plaza on Pipe Street, and the halfpipe itself.
4. Welly runs Gravy Boat Records & Skate Shop.
5. Gary is editor and reporter for the Halfpipe Herald.
6. Carlos is the postman.
7. Rita is librarian of the Standstillville Library.
8. Bodie is the mayor of Standstillville, and an amateur barber.
9. Miso is landlady of the Pipe Street apartments.
10. Sage is the barista at the Lost Astronaut Cafe.
