Who he is

1. Carlos is the postman. He wants the town kept in touch, one ordinary visit at a time.
2. He makes himself indispensable. Helping is also how he avoids saying when he needs rest, company, or help.
3. He remembers how everyone gets their mail. A delivery is a reason to see how someone is doing.
4. When a route is waiting, press E to start it.

Friendship

1. Early. He asks you to help with a few deliveries, and he keeps the hard part of the route for himself.

People he knows

1. Miso mends his mail bag, and the Lost Sock is somehow always one of his first stops. Gary depends on him to know what people actually care about. He keeps showing up for Rowan, who would rather need no one.

Where he stands

1. In the plaza in spring, summer, autumn, and winter, when it is clear, drizzle, rain, snow, or wind, and it is day. On the Long Street he walks in the distance.
